Participation waiver, release of liability and media release

I, the undersigned, understand that volunteering for the Northeaster Parade involves physical activity and outdoor conditions. I release Mimbela Contractors, Inc, the Mimbela Family, The Northeast Business

Alliance, the City of El Paso, EPISD, and all associated directors, officers, employees, sponsors and volunteers of the Northeaster Parade from any and all injuries, claims, suites, losses, or liabilities-including attorney fees arising from our participation in the Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade

(Northeaster Parade).

I further grant the Northeaster Parade permission to sue my likeness in photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes. If I am under 18, I confirm that I have parental permission to participate.
