Participation waiver, release of liability and media release

By submitting this registration, I, the undersigned, acting as the authorized representative for my group/organization, hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mimbela Contractors, Inc, the Mimbela Family, The Northeast Business Alliance, the City of El Paso, EPISD, and all associated directors, officers, employees, sponsors and volunteers of the Northeaster Parade from any and all

claims, suites, losses, or liabilities- including attorney fees arising from our participation in the Mimbela Family Northeaster Parade (Northeaster Parade).

I acknowledge that parade participation involves inherent risks. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the parade committee, including the strict prohibition of throwing candy or any objects from moving vehicles (items must be handed out by walkers only). I also grant the Northeaster Parade irrevocable right to use photos or video of my entry.
